Book Illustration

During my time as a commercial illustrator, I was lucky enough to illustrate two very special books. The first was “Watering Wilted Flowers”, a get-well book written by my friend Ginny Goff Green. It was published by Running Press Book Publishers in 1998. The second book was a private commission to illustrate a Haggadah for the Jewish seder service. The first edition, entitled “Our Passover Haggadah” was a beautiful hard back and was sold by the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House to benefit a fund in honor of the young woman who compiled the Haggadah. The book was eventually donated to the now Weitzman Museum of American Jewish History and is sold in their museum shop. The book, first published in 1998, is in its fourth printing. It is an honor to be a part of a book that is still in print and selling over twenty-five years after the first printing. The images in the top row are from “Our Passover Haggadah and the images in the bottom row are from “Watering Wilted Flowers”.
